Orders and products
What medium are the artworks created in?
All Agoziem Art pieces are created digitally. Each artwork is then produced as a premium canvas print so the original digital work can be experienced as a physical, gallery-ready piece.
Are the artworks high-quality prints?
Yes. All pieces are premium canvas prints produced from original, authentic digital artworks. Prints are made on archival-grade canvas using fade-resistant inks for long-lasting color and detail.
Do the artworks come with watermarks?
No. Your artwork arrives clean, with no watermark.
The watermarks you may see on artwork images here on the website are there to protect the work against unauthorized reproduction and copying. They appear only on the digital images displayed online — not on the physical canvas you receive.
Are the artworks limited edition?
Yes. Each piece is either a one-of-one (1/1) work or part of a limited edition series. Edition details — including total run size and number — are listed on each artwork page. Please refer to the artwork description for specific edition details before purchase.
Do the artworks come framed?
Yes. All canvas prints are delivered with a floating frame, one of the most refined and suitable framing options for canvas pieces. The floating frame creates a subtle gap between the canvas and the frame, giving the work a contemporary gallery appearance.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary by artwork. Each piece lists its specific size options on its product page. If you need a custom size for a particular space, please reach out — custom sizing may be possible depending on the work.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Printed colors are calibrated to be as close as possible to the original digital artwork. Slight variation can occur because every screen renders color differently, and printed pigments behave differently from emitted light. The final piece is reviewed for color accuracy before shipping.
How do I care for my canvas print?
Keep the canvas out of direct sunlight and away from high-humidity areas. To clean, gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, cleaning sprays, and abrasive materials.
Shipping and delivery
Do you ship within Nigeria?
Yes. We ship across Nigeria. Delivery timelines and tracking details, where available, are provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
International customers can shop our work through our partner store, ijele.store, which currently serves the United States with locally-produced canvas prints. Additional diaspora regions will be added over time.
How long does processing take?
Standard orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Once produced, the piece is carefully packed and dispatched. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier used.
Will I receive tracking?
Where the courier provides it, a tracking link is shared by email once your order has shipped. For local deliveries where tracking is not available, you will receive direct delivery updates.
What if I am not home when the order arrives?
The courier will typically attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange an alternative time. If you anticipate being away, please include delivery notes at checkout or contact us with instructions.
Returns and refunds
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Returns and refunds depend on the product type. Limited edition prints, framed items, and commissioned works may have different eligibility rules than standard items. Please review the Returns Policy for full conditions and timelines.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged or incorrect item. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days after approval.
Commissions and collaborations
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. Commissions are accepted, provided the request aligns with Agoziem Art's artistic style and vision, and the schedule allows.
How do commissions work?
Reach out with a brief description of what you have in mind — subject, mood, intended size, and any reference. If the request is a fit, you'll receive a quote, an estimated timeline, and a deposit invoice. After approval and final payment, the finished piece is produced and shipped.
Can you collaborate with brands or creators?
Yes. Agoziem Art is open to selective brand and creator collaborations where the partnership aligns with the artistic direction. Please send full details of the project, brief, and timeline through the contact page.
Do you license artwork for commercial use?
Limited licensing is available case by case. Please include intended use, distribution scope, region, and duration in your inquiry so a quote can be prepared.
