Intellectual Property and Reproduction Rights

Every artwork shown on agoziemart.com is the original creative work of the artist, Chiagoziem Nneamaka Orji, known as Agoziem-Art. Each piece, together with the individual Igbo symbols, marks, and motifs within it, is the protected intellectual property of the Artist. All rights are reserved.

No artwork on this website, in whole or in part, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, printed, scanned, downloaded, distributed, published, commercialized, altered, or adapted, in any form or by any means, without the explicit prior written consent and authorization of the Artist.

This restriction applies to

Physical reproduction of any kind. Prints, canvas, merchandise, textiles, or any printed or manufactured medium.
Digital reproduction of any kind. Downloads, screenshots, scans, or copied files.
Commercial use of any kind. Resale, licensing, promotion, fundraising, or profit in any form.
Alteration and derivative work. Editing, cropping, recoloring, tracing, or building new work from any part of a piece.
Use of the individual Igbo symbols and motifs that appear within the artwork, whether on their own or in combination.

Artwork is offered through agoziemart.com as certified limited edition canvas prints and One of One originals. Buying a print gives you ownership of the physical piece and the right to display it in your home. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not grant any right to reproduce, resell, or commercialize the image.

Any use of this artwork without written authorization is a violation of the Artist's rights. Unauthorized material will be reported and pursued, and the Artist reserves every right available to protect these works.
